1 Tbsp Vegetable oil (canola oil is high in Omega 3)400g firm fish, cubed500g bag frozen Thai-style stir-fry vegetables575g jar sweet and sour saucesliced green onion and steamed rice, to serve (optional and not included in calculator)
1. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Stir-fry fish for 2-3 minutes until golden.
2. Add frozen vegetables. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins.
3. Pour in sauce and bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer for 1 min. Sprinkle with green onion and serve with steamed rice.
