Roast w/potatos and carrots

Ingredients
2-3 lb Bottom Round Roast1 Envelope of Lipton Soup Mix1 C water3 Potatoes (peeled and cut in half)1 lb bag of baby carrots
Directions
Place roast in crockpot. Peel potatoes, cut in half and place around roast. Spread carrots around/on top of roast and potatoes. Mix onion soup mix with water. Pour over meat, potatoes and carrots. Cook on low for 8-10 hrs on low.
