Edamame Hummus

Ingredients
1 12-oz. bag shelled edamame1 15-oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained2 cloves garlic, peeled1/4 lemon, squeezed for juice2 Tbs. tahini1/2 tsp. salt1/4 cup olive oilWater, optional
Directions
Puree all ingredients together to desired consistency. Add water as necessary.

Serving size is 1/4 cup.
