1 1/2 cans of Progresso Creamy Mushroom soup (Gluten Free) This would be approx. 27 oz.1 can RoTel tomatoes &green chilies1 can chicken broth 18 oz chicken breast-boneless/skinless12 Corn Tortillas1 Medium Onion (chopped)2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Mix soup, RoTel tomatoes and Chicken broth together and set aside.
Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Layer chicken,tortillas (torn into small pieces), onion, cheese and sauce in greased casserole. Repeat the layer ending with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 or until bubbly.
Serving Size: makes 6 1 1/2-cup servings
