Ingredients
Chicken Thighs, boneless skinless, 1 package = 9 thighsStop & Shop Diced Tomatoes w/ zesty green chilis, 2 14.5 oz cansStop & Shop Small Red Beans - 1 14.5 oz canStop & Shop Black Beans - 1 14.5 oz canStop & Shop Tomato Sauce - 8 ozCorn, canned, stop and shop - 1 14.5 oz canApple Cider Vinegar - .25 cupChili powder - 2 tbspGround cumin - 1 tbsp1 Chipotle Pepper in 1 Tbsp Adobo SauceCinnamon, ground, .5 tbsp
Directions
Combine all canned ingredients with spices in slow cooker. Add chicken. Set on low for 8 hours. Remove chicken and shred, add back to pot.

Serving Size: Yield 5.5 lbs of chili by weight. Roughly 12 cups.
