Eggy Brown Rice with vegetables

Ingredients
Brown Rice2 Bell PeppersHalf a small packet of Mushrooms1 small yellow onion4 portions of Brown Rice4 large eggs
Directions
Put Rice on to cook.
Dice onion.
Dice 1 pepper.
Cut the other pepper into strips.
Cut Mushrooms into strips.
Fry all the veggies in a pan with a small amount of oil.
When the rice is cooked, add it to pan.
Add 4 large eggs.
Stir rice and vegetables until the egg has cooked.
Serve.
