Moist Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 c whole wheat flour1/2 c white flour1/2 c wheat germ1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1 1/2 c mashed banana (the riper the better)2 eggs1/2 c agave nectar1/3 c light brown sugar1/3 c fat free milk1/4 canola oil1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Stir together first 7 ingreds, and set aside. Combine all remaining ingreds in a large bowl and mix well. Stir dry ingreds into bowl, mixing just until blended (will be very lumpy). Spoon into prepared muffin pan, and bake approx 20 minutes, until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
