Tuna or Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
8 oz. drained salmon or tuna1 tbsp. lemon juice1/2 cup 1% milk2 slices whole wheat or white bread2 tbsps. dehydrated onion flakes1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Flake salmon or tuna with a fork and sprinkle with lemon juice. Scald milk. Break bread into pieces and soak in milk. Add onion flakes, pepper and softened bread mixture to the salmon or tuna, and mix thoroughly. Spray small non stick pan with cooking spray. Place mixture in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
