Ingredients
2 T Bob's Red HillUnprocssed Miller's Wheat Bran2 T Sour Cream (can substitute greek yogurt)1 tsp brown sugar (sub with honey)sprinkle cinnamonsprinkle nutmet1/2 tsp vanilla1 lg egg (sub with just white)2 T 1% milkCanola Oil Spray
Directions
Mix all the ingredients. Place nonstick pan on burner, medium heat. Spray pan.Pour mixture into pan. Set timer for 5 minutes. Flip cook another 5 minutes.
Cool slightly - eat.
