Bean sprout and Spinach Salad

Ingredients
Salad:5 cups of fresh washed spinach4 cups of fresh washed bean sprouts2 Shallots chopped 1 cup of sliced mushrooms½ cup of unsalted cachewsVinaigrette:5 tbs olive oil5 tbs of low sodium soy sauce1 tsp of garlic power1 tsp of onion powder2 tbs of brown sugar
Directions
1- Remove excess water from washed bean sprots and spinach.
2- Add all saald ingredients in a big bowl.
3- Put in refrigerator.
4- Mix the vinaigrette and add 10-15 minutes prior to serving.
