Fruit & Nut Protein Bars

4 Cups Quick Oats2 Cups Protein Powder1/2 Cup pb21/2 Cup agave nectar2/3 Cup dried fruit (sour cherries)1/2 Cup walnuts1/2 Cup almond milk (vanilla unsweetened)1/2 Cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 Cup dark chocolate1 tbsp ground cinnamon2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all dry ingredients (oats, protein powder and PB2, dried fruit, nuts) put aside in large bowl. In a microwave safe bowl, mix the agave, milk, unsweetened applesauce, dark chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla and heat in microwave for 30 seconds at a time until all dark chocolate has melted. Add it to the dry ingredients and mix completely. Should resemble no bake cookies. Put in a med-large pan lined with waxed paper and store in refrigerator for 20 minutes, then pull out and cut into whatever sized bars you like. Store in freezer or refrigerator.
