1 cup rolled oats2/3 cup all-purpose flour2/3 cup sugar1/3 cup cocoa powder, sifted1 teaspoon baking powder1 pinch salt2 egg whites1/3 cup corn syrup1 teaspoon vanilla1 cup Rice Krispies
1. In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir well to combine.
2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the egg whites, corn syrup and vanilla.
3. Add the egg white mixture to the dry ingredient and mix to combine. The dough will be very dense. Incorporate the rice krispies.
4. Drop the dough by spoonful onto a non-stick baking sheet.
5. Cook in a preheated oven of 350 F for 9 to 11 minutes.
