    The calorie count for this is WAY off from what I got, nearly triple the calories! Anyway, I use 1 c FF vanilla yogurt, 1 Tbsp peanut butter and just eat it like its pudding. For nights when I want something "bad" I add in 1 T chocolate chips or some baking cocoa and its still nearly healthy! - 5/13/08
