Ingredients
Beef for Stew, 4 ozOnions, raw, .25 cup, cut into chunksGreen Peppers 4 chunks approx 2"x2"Portabella Mushrooms, 60 grams(4 small)*Garlic clove minced*Brown Sugar - Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 1 tsp*Heinz Tomato Ketchup tsp*Smart Balance Oil,1 tsp*LaChoy Soy Sauce .5 Tbsp*Lemon Juice 1 Table spoon (Pineapple juice is great too if you have it)
Directions
In bowl mix marinade ingredients:
garlic,brown sugar blend,ketchup, oil and Soy sauce, Lemon Juice.
Pour all but about 1 Tbsp of marinade into plastic bag and add Beef.
Marinade for 30 Minutes or longer.
While waiting for meat to marinade, soak wooden skewers in water to prepare for grilling.
Grill about 7 minutes per side and baste with saved marinade, turning 1/4 turn each time. Total cook time 25-30 min
