Carmelized onion and chicken quesedilla

Ingredients
1 chicken thigh-bone and skin removed1 onion sliced1/2 tbsp molasses1 tsp olive oil1/4 cup shredded cheese2 tortilla's
Directions
put olive oil in frying pan, and add sliced onions, cook until soft, adding water as needed. Once soft, add molasses and cook about 5 more minutes. set aside. Chop up chicken thigh and cook through in pan. Put 1 tortilla wrap on baking sheet sprayed lightly with pam. place chicken on wrap to make sure it is spread out. Cover with carmelized onions, and shredded cheese. Put other wrap over top and cook until cheese is melted in oven at 350 for about 15 minutes.
