Indoor Grill Cajun Catfish with Asparagus, shallot and brown butter sauce

Ingredients
Fish:2 catfish filletssalt and pepper to taste1 tbsp. cajun spice blendVegetables:10 asparagus spears1 tbsp. shallot, peeled & sliced2 - 3 ice cubesSauce:1 tbsp. butter
Directions
Season catfish with salt, pepper, and cajun spice blend. Cook on indoor grill 3 - 4 minutes.
Place asparagus and shallot on indoor grill and place ice cubes over vegetables. Close lid and steam 2 - 3 minutes.
Once fish and vegetables are cooked, pour butter on grill and close lid. This will remove any pan drippings and run into the drip tray, making the sauce. Serve sauce over fish and vegetables.
