Ingredients
Ingredients:Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving(remove)*Elite Protein Powder - Rich Chocolate - 1 Scoop, 1 serving(remove)*Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites, 0.25 cup(remove)Egg, fresh, 1 cup (4.86 large eggs)(remove)Milk, 2%, .25 cup(remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp(remove)*Aunt Jemima buttermilk pancake mix 1/4 cup of prepared mix, 4 serving(remove)
Directions
Mix eggs, egg whites, milk, oatmeal in blender and blend for two minutes. Then mix all remaining ingredients together in a bowl add blender mixture. Pour into greased waffle iron that is hot and cook for recommended amount of time.
