Lean Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey 1 small onion, minced 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup white flour 1/4 cup of egg substitute (equivalent to one egg) 1/4 cup fat free milk 1 tbsp ketchup 6oz of tomato sauce for top
Directions
cook in a loaf pan at 350 for 45-55 minutes. make sure you preheat the oven!
