Chocolate Cranberry Protein Bars

2 c Oats, steel cut1 c Peanut Butter, creamy1/2 c Honey1/2 c Apple Sauce1 c Dark Chocolate Chips1 c Protein Powder, unflavored or vanilla2 tbs Flax Seed, ground1 c Craisins
1. Roast oats, dry, in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Let cool completely or they may melt the chocolate.
2. Mix all ingredients. You may need to knead by hand.
3. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Pour out bar batter and shape into large square, about 3/4" thick.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 16, 3x1" bars
