JD's Low Carb/High Protein Tuna Fish Cakes

Ingredients
24 oz Low Sodium Tuna1/2c Oatmeal2/3c EggBeaters1/2c Green/Red/Yellow Bell Peppers (diced)1 stalk of Celery (chopped)spice to taste
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together
Separate into 8 parts & Press into Cakes
Spray Frying pan w/Cooking Spray
Fry until it's as browned as you like it
EAT IT!
