hamburger rotel cornbread casserole

Ingredients
90% lean hamburger meat 1 poundShallots, 1 mincedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper choppedRO*TEL Original Diced Tomayoes & Green Chilies 1 canPrivate Selection Organic Tomato Sauce,1 canMartha White Self-Rising White Corn Meal Mix, 3/4 cupRice flour, white, 1/4 cupGranulated Sugar, 1 tspSalt, 1 tsp*Macadamia Nut Oil, 1 tbsp Rice Milk ( have never measured, pour in till you get a soupy batter I think appx 3/4 cup)
Directions
Preheat oven 350

Brown hamburger in pan on stove top
add shallot and bell pepper sautee till tender
add rotel and tomato sauce
add chili & garlic powder, mix all ingedients and pour into casserole dish

Topping:
Mix cornmeal, rice flour, salt and sugar in seperate bowl
poor in milk and mix
add oil and mix, should be soupy batter
poor evenly over top of meat mixture in casserole dish may have to use back of spoon to smooth out
Bake appx 40 mins till cornbread in lightly golden
