Ingredients
Directions
1 kg of frozen calamari heads or tubes mixed if you like1 leek or bunch of spring onions chopped in rings.3 carrots blanched and chopped300g French cooked beans300g chopped Dill guerkins170g black olives1 chopped green pepper1 chopped red pepper1 Tsp Atcha (spicey pickled vegetables)optional2Tsp olive Oil1/2 Lemon juiceGarlic,Aromat and Black pepperChopped parsley or Coriander
Boil pot of water with a dash of oil.
Hard boil the whole calamari heads and bodies for 5 minutes.
Drain, rinse and clean taking out the plastic like piece out of the body and cut into rings. Chop the head and tenticles so they are loose.
Add all chopped ingredients.
Season.
Pour over Olive oil and lemon juice.
Toss together.
serve with Fresh bread.
