Thai Spicy Peanut Noodles

Ingredients
8oz. Linguini ,whole grain 1/3 C. Peanut Butter ( I use creamy ) 1/4 C water2Tb. low-sodium soy sauce1 1/2 Tb. rice wine vinegar 1 to 2 tsp. chili paste 1/2 tsp. sugar1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips 1 C . cabbage, chopped 3/4 C. cucmber, chopped3 green onions, sliced ( about 1/4 c ) 2 Tb. chopped fresh cilantro ( 1 Tb dried ) 1 lime
Directions
1. Cook linguini according to package .
2. microwave cabbage and pepper until wilted .
3.Combine :
Peanut butter , 1/4 C water, soy sauce, vinegar , chili paste and sugar ...whisk until smooth .It should have the consistancy of cream ..add water to thin if needed .
4. Add linguini , bell pepper, cabbage , cucumber, & green onions ..toss well . Sprinkle with cilantro , and squeeze lime juice over each portion after served .
