Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
2 cans of Salmon, drained, skin and bone discarded1 pkg of Stuffing mix1 cup of Low-moisture, part-skim mozzarella cheese3/4 cup of water2 green onions1/3 cup Mayonnaise1 tbsp Lemon juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients, shape into 12 patties, using about 1/3 cup size for each patty. Refrigerate for 10 mins.
Heat a large pan on medium heat. Add patties in batches.
Cook 6 mins (3 mins on each side) or until golden on both sides.
