SCD Almond Flour (grain-free) Bread

Ingredients
Almonds, 3 cup, ground Butter, salted, .25 cup Yogurt Cheese-homemade whole milk yogurt-1 cup Egg, fresh, 3 large Baking Soda, .5 tsp Salt, .25 tsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients in food processor. Place well greased glass loaf pan on the center rack of the oven, and bake @325 for about 1 hour. Check to be sure it is done by inserting a cake-tester or toothpick in the center.
Remove from oven and loosen sides by sliding a thin-bladed knife or spatula down along the sides. Turn out and allow to cool. Bread will crumble if you try to cut it while hot, but it is excellent when served just warm, with plenty of butter.
