Slow Cooker Teriyaki Beef

3/4 pound Lean Beef Chuck, Raw (Stew Meat)Two cups Red Bell Peppers, Sliced.One cup Sweet Red Onion, Sliced.Three cloves of Garlic.About 10 Baby Carrots.Two cups of fresh Broccoli.One medium can of Pineapple, in juice.One cup of Mr. Yoshida's Original Gourmet Cooking Sauce.Optional:-Rice, not included in nutrition count.
Prepare all ingredients, by cutting them into bite site pieces.
Spray slow cooker with Pam & set to low.
Toss the meat, veggies, & pineapple inside slow cooker.
Top with one cup of Mr. Yoshida's Cooking Sauce.
Stir, cover, & cook on low for 5-6 hours or until meat & veggies are tender.
Serving Size: Makes about eight 1 cup servings.
