Spicy Chicken & Zucchini Pasta

1 can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes - Spicy Red Pepper1 28oz Can Plain Diced Tomaotes (drained)3 chicken breasts, cut into small cubes5 cups cooked pasta2-3 large zucchini, diced into 1" cubes1 onion finely dicedgarlicsaltpepperitalian herbs
In a VERY large skillet or wok over med-high heat, cook the chicken pieces until about half cooked. Add onion and garlic, and cook until translucent.
Add diced zucchini, turn the heat to high and cook, stirring often, until zucchini have sweated down by about half.
Add tomatoes and seasonings as desired. Cook over high heat, stirring often, until sauce is thick but zucchini are still meaty.
Serve over hot cooked pasta of your choice.
