2 large cucumbers, peeled & diced2 Large Tomatoes, Diced1 Large onion, Diced1 3/4 raw Zucchini, peeled & diced1 c. chopped Cilantro1.c. Chopped Celery1/2 c. Low Fat or Fat Free Italian Dressing
Peel and dice all vegetables. Place in large bowl and cover. Let set for 1 hour. Add Low Fat or Fat free Zesty Italian Dressing. Mix well and chill for at least 2 or overnight.
