Moroccan Orange-Radish Salad with Mint

Ingredients
1/2 C radishes, sliced2 oranges, peeled and sliced2 t sugar1 T fresh mint, minceddash freshly cracked pepper
Directions
Clean and slice radishes. Sprinkle with sugar, let sit for a few minutes, allowing water to be drawn from the radishes.
Cut peels off oranges. Cut orange into several slices. Squeeze juice from peels onto the orange slices. Refrigerate.
Drain water from radishes, add to the oranges.
Top radish and orange mixture with chopped fresh mint and some freshly cracked pepper. Mix.
Serve cold.
