Lobster Salad (for the HCG diet)

Ingredients
100 grams lobster tail cooked and diced1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar1/8 teaspoon each: onion powder, tarragon, Truvia (or other sweetener)Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Mix lobster, liquid ingredients and spices together and serve over a salad, arugula greens, or with another vegetable.

    I do too! I'm back on P2 and just saw your comment -- this recipe also works with diced cooked shrimp. Now I've started mixing in a half of a cucumber, diced.
