lean ground beef,onion, spices, salt pepper,garlic, or garlic powder,can tomatoes, whole wheat or multi grain pasta, (not spagatti),oil for the water to boil pasta in.add more or less to this of items ,for your taste
Fry lean ground beef in dry pan on med heat when brown add onion, spices, when onions cooked, add can tomatoes, let simmer, in large pot almost fill pot with water, add oil to water, when boiled add whole wheat pasta, let boil until cooked, drain pasta add pasta to frying pan with meat or the other way around, mix let sit, few minutes to cool, serve 1-2 cups per serving, my kids love this, not to fatning, very filling, hope you like you could also add a can of pasta sause or canned tomatoe soup for thicking, but not necessary.also i would use fresh garlic, if on hand tastes better. you could add more or less to this recipie up to you,
