Lisa's Baked Kale Chip's

Ingredients
Directions- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.- Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner (or paper towels).- Spray kale with olive oil or canola oil spray and sprinkle with garlic salt/pepper.-Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 minutes.
Directions
I ended up with 4 cookie sheets worth of Kale at 10 minutes cooking each tray.
