Zesty Quinoa & Chickpea Salad

Ingredients
Mix together: 2 cups cooked quinoa or quinoa/brown rice mix 1 can drained & rinsed chickpea ½ cup raisins ½ cup dried cranberries ¼ cup ground cashews ¼ cup roasted almond slivers 3 Tbsp. sesame seedsMix the dressing in a BLENDER and lightly toss into salad:¼ orange rind1 slice lime w/rind½ cup balsamic vinegarsalt & pepper to tasteI also added a teaspoon of a Garlic Red Pepper Salt that I love [from Costco]Chill at least an hour or so before eating... {if you can ;)} soo good!
