Grilled Garlicky Salmon

Ingredients
2T red wine vinegar2tsp dried basil1T olive oil, lite2 garlic cloves, minced4 salmon steaks/fillets (4oz ea)
Directions
Combine vinegar, basil, oil and garlic in a bowl. Add salmon and turn to coat. Cover and refreigereate at least 15 minutes - up to 2 hours.

Coat grill with non-stick spray. Preheat grill.

Grill salmon 10 minutes per inch of thickness - turning 1/2 way through cooking time.
