Self Raising Flour - 225g/8ozButter or margarine 50g/2 ozenough milk to make a soft dough.(My husband is diabetic so there is no sugar)
Heat oven to 220C, 425F, Gas Mark 7
Rub butter or margarine into flour,
Stir in the milk and knead lightly on a floured surface.
Roll out to 1cm/1/2 inch thickness and cut into 2 1/2 inch rounds
Brush tops with a little milk
Bake for about 10 minutes
Serving Size: makes 8
