Garlic Pasta with Pork

Ingredients
1 lb pork chop center cuts1 pkg whole wheat pasta6 Tbsp Butter1 Tbsp Rosemary3 Tbsp Garlic1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Prepare pasta according to directions on the box.

Cut pork into 1" chunks. Saute pork with garlic, rosemary and oil until done.

Place pasta, pork and butter in serving bowl and toss.

Makes 8 servings.

    I keep the pork chops whole and season the pork with the spices and then made the sauce and put it over the pasta. - 8/17/16
