1 can of tuna in water, drained1 tbsp of mayo (you may choose light mayo)1 tbsp onion, chopped1 stalk of celery, chopped1/4 tsp red pepper, salt and black pepper (or to taste)

Combine all ingredients together and enjoy on a whole wheat pita!
