Mushroom Bacon Burger

Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef1 cup onion chopped1 cup sliced mushrooms 1 tbsp onion powder1 tsp black pepper1 tsp garlic in olive oil6 strips center cut bacon1 tsp milk1 slice bread8 hamburger buns
Directions
Cook bacon and set to the side-I use my microwave for the bacon. Mix all ingredients except the mushrooms,bacon and the buns. Form into 8 equal sized patties. Fry in skillet on medium high heat until center is not pink-mine take 4-5 minutes per side but this time may vary. In a separate pan fry mushrooms until softened. Top buns with patty,bacon and mushrooms. If you want cheese and condiments be sure to add them to your calorie count.
