Ingredients
Flounder (fish), 16 oz(remove)Indian Head Yellow Corn meal, 0.75 cup(remove)*Flour, white, 0.5 cup(remove)*1/4 tsp garlic salt, 1 serving(remove)Pepper, black, 0.250 tbsp(remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.25 tbsp(remove)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cut fish in to sticks & wet with water. Coat with corm meal mixture.

Spray cookie sheet with olive oil just to coat. Bake fish in 500 degree oven. oven for 15 mins turning once after 7 mins.
