Ingredients
2 Cups Fat Free Milk1/2 Cup Orange Juice3 oz Silken Tofu2 Cups Rader Farms 3 Berry Mix (frozen), OR 2 Cups of any frozen fruit you like.
Directions
This is a very simple recipe, just put it all in the blender and blend at high speed until everything is mixed well and there are no chunks. If the mixture is a little too thick you can add a little more milk just to help the blender. This recipe makes two large 16 oz servings or four 8 oz servings.

I'm a no dairy kinda guy (not by choice, mind ya), so I tend to look negatively upon creamy smoothies. But my wife made this for me today using Plain Soymilk and it absolutely rocks! Great post-recovery. Through in some protein powder and you'd be all set. - 2/16/10

AWESOME This is my first tofu smoothie and I am very glad I gave it a try. Much better than the yogurt smoothies that I am used to (the ones that I have to add sugar/honey to in order to cancel out the tartness)
And it's low-fat and good protein. Woohoo! Not to mention the benefit of soy. - 4/13/08

I can't believe how thick this smoothie turns out. I much prefer it to smoothies made with yogourt. I didn't have any o.j. so I used some raspberry pomegranate iced tea I had in the fridge. Delicious. - 1/29/08

i make this smoothie anyways but add a cup of baby spinach/kale first and then the oj and puree that. afterwards i add the remaining ingredients and blend it all together, it hides the spinach/leafy green taste but allows me to get a few more minerals/vitamins - 10/17/12

This is excellent! I just made for one serving, but added 1/2 cup Juicy Juice White Grape rather than 1/4 cup and added frozen blueberries and pineapple. Wow! Thick and delicious! Thanks for the great recipe! - 5/12/09

This is one of my favorite breakfasts! I get the giant 3-berry bag from Costco & use them for so many great snacks - this tastes terrific! - 9/29/08

This was very good. Halved it since it was only me drinking it. Did not have OJ, replaced it with a tangerine. Used 1/4 c silken tofu, 1 c each of frozen mixed berries and pineapples, with 1 pkt stevia, 1/2 scoop of protein powder and 1 tsp of ground flax. Tasted like I was on a tropical island! - 9/5/18

So...I don't drink juice because of thr sugar content ...anyone do this with a non-sugar sub for the juice? - 8/3/12

Thawed fruits don't lead to a good texture. The orange juice makes a big difference for the flavour. - 4/25/12

I was nervous as I have never used tofu before but this is excellent! Next time I'm not going to blend it as much (too liquidy ... still trying to perfect the new blender). I will defintely have this again. The kids love it too! - 1/26/11

This was a good smoothie. Like others have said on here, it wasn't very sweet (even after adding Equal). Also, it was a little thick, more along the lines of soft serve ice cream. I had to eat mine with a spoon. It tasted great, was low calorie, and was pretty filling. Try it. - 6/12/10

I made it with plain soy milk b/c my dh is lactose intolerant and I don't like soy milk and I thought this was great! - 2/17/10

I can't wait to try this! I will use Silk Light Vanilla Soymilk in place of regular milk to make mine vegan. Adding a couple teaspoons of splenda wpould make it a bit sweeter and my kids would even love it. - 1/11/10

I just made this recipe and was pleasantly surprised. I like it. I would prefer if it was a little sweeter but that is what I am trying to get away from so it is probably for the better. I have only had a few sips and can already tell how filling it is going to be. Great recipe! - 6/15/09

This was ok, but not as sweet as using Vanilla Yogurt. - 6/5/09

I agree: this is much better than a yogurt smoothie. It's not terribly sweet, but it's very satisfying. - 5/5/09

I made it. I'll make it again this way. I also experimented. I froze 2 cut up mangos. I used 1 cup juice, and 1 cup milk for more of the flavor to come through. I must say it turned ot quite tasty! - 7/15/08

I like the use of tofu in this and it acts as a good binder and smoother. Makes a great breakfast with a low cal muffin. - 2/3/08
