- Minutes to Prepare:
- Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients
Directions
2 Cups Fat Free Milk1/2 Cup Orange Juice3 oz Silken Tofu2 Cups Rader Farms 3 Berry Mix (frozen), OR 2 Cups of any frozen fruit you like.
This is a very simple recipe, just put it all in the blender and blend at high speed until everything is mixed well and there are no chunks. If the mixture is a little too thick you can add a little more milk just to help the blender. This recipe makes two large 16 oz servings or four 8 oz servings.

AWESOME This is my first tofu smoothie and I am very glad I gave it a try. Much better than the yogurt smoothies that I am used to (the ones that I have to add sugar/honey to in order to cancel out the tartness)
And it's low-fat and good protein. Woohoo! Not to mention the benefit of soy. - 4/13/08

This was very good. Halved it since it was only me drinking it. Did not have OJ, replaced it with a tangerine. Used 1/4 c silken tofu, 1 c each of frozen mixed berries and pineapples, with 1 pkt stevia, 1/2 scoop of protein powder and 1 tsp of ground flax. Tasted like I was on a tropical island! - 9/5/18

I just made this recipe and was pleasantly surprised. I like it. I would prefer if it was a little sweeter but that is what I am trying to get away from so it is probably for the better. I have only had a few sips and can already tell how filling it is going to be. Great recipe! - 6/15/09
