1 can kidney beans1 can chickpeas/garbanzo1 can black beansSundried tomatoesGarlicSpices to tasteOlive oilWhatever you want for flavor
Directions
Add whatever you want, as much as you want! The pumpkin seeds were because I had them, as were the sundried tomatoes. Also delicious with cheese. Add olive oil and vinegar to taste/texture. Super flexible.
