Smoothie with Cantaloupe, Berries and Banana

Ingredients
1 small banana, (for a thicker smoothie use a frozen banana)1 cup cantaloupe, diced 1 cup strawberries, halves1/2 cup blueberries2 fl oz. water
Directions
Combine all of your ingredients in a blender. Blend everything for about 1 to 2 minutes, or until everything is well blended and creamy. Pour in glasses and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 2 (12 oz) servings.
