Ingredients
Grated coconut, Pecans, Chicken breasts, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Mrs. Dash Original blend.
Directions
Season and tenderize chicken breasts.
Mill pecans and coconut to become almost paste-like.
Coat both sides of chicken breasts with pecan/coconut "paste."
Bake at 400 degrees F.
