Peanut Paradise Smoothie

1.5 cups ice1/3 peanut butter1/4 1% milk4 - 6 oz Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla YogurtEAS Soy Protein Vanilla powder (Optional)2.5 teaspoons Splenda2 medium bananas
Put all ingredients in blender (capible of really chopping ice), blend until ice is fine and ingredients are well mixed. Pour and enjoy.
Note: The Soy powder gives the recipe a cake batter kind fo texture. I only add it if I am having the smoothie after a work out or for a meal.
