TOH Flank Steak Pitas

1/4 c balsamic vinegar2 tbsp water1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp hoisin sauce2 tsp minced garlic2 tsp thai chili sauce1 tsp pepper1/2 tsp sesame oil1 lb beef flank steak4 lettuce leafs1 tsp sesame seeds1 red bell pepper1 purple onion
Mix 1st 8 ingredients and place in large zip lock. Cut beef into think strips and add to marinade. Julien the red pepper and purple onion and add to marinade. Coat, and let sit for at least 30mins.
Heat skillet on med-high heat. Tong meat mixture out and disgard marinade. Stir fry until beef is done and veggies are tender. Layer a lettuce leaf on each pita. Spoon meat into pita and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
