Vegetable Turkey Stirfry

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Turkey (light meat), 1 cup, chopped or diced *Peanut Oil, 1 tbsp *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Cabbage, fresh, .5 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh, .5 cup, chopped Summer squash, 1 cup slices Carrots, raw, .5 cup, strips or slicesSalt and pepper or other spices to taste
Directions
Put oil in pan and start heating. Add onion, squash, bell pepper, and carrots. Simmer for 5 - 10 minutes covered. Stir and add the rest of the ingredient. Simmer for an additional 5 - 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
