Ingredients
1 large apple, seeded/peeled/chopped2/3 c steel cut oats1 c almond milk (or any dairy milk substitute)1 2/3 c water4 T brown sugar1 t cinnamon1/8 t nutmegpinch of salt (optional)
Directions
Spray your crock-pot with cooking spray. This is a must! Toss everything in your crock-pot, and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Stir well before serving.
