Asian Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs (8)Rice wine vinegar (1/3 c.)Soy Sauce (1/4 c.)Honey (3 tbsp.)Dark Sesame Oil (2 tbsp.)Dash saltHealthy dashes of red pepper flakes, to taste10 cloves of garlic, minced
Directions
Mix all ingredients save chicken together, pour over chicken in shallow bowl or plastic bag, marinate in refrigerator for one hour. Then bake or grill as desired. Could reserve marinade, reduce on stove and baste chicken as desired.

    My husband actually gave this recipe 4.5 stars! I seared these thighs on a cast iron grill pan -- which gave them excellent grill marks, before putting them in a 425 degree oven for about 40 minutes. - 11/1/17

    I have made this a couple of time. It is really good. I marinated in a plastic bag, reserved the marinade, and basted every 10 minutes as it baked in the oven for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. I like the use of honey, instead of a processed sugar. - 9/10/14
