3/4 c no fat plain yogurt1/2 c apple cider vinegar ( or whichever flavor vinegar you like )4 tbsp fat-free Miracle Whip2 tbsp parmesan cheeseSpices - any type in your cupboardHot sauce - any amt or any flavor that is your fave!
Hahaha there isn't any!!!!! I have calculated it as 4 servings since i also use this as a dip and it is pretty thick! so the more servings you make out of it the lower the calories! Just add some liquid, either more vinegar or a little skim milk wouldn't be bad or add a great deal of calories
And if you put all ingredients into a well sealed jar and shake it hard enough and long enough, it becomes a cardio exercise too!
