1 cup tvp3 cans diced tomatoes1 bell pepper chopped1 onion chopped1 can white hominychili seasoning to taste
Directions
cut veggies. empty cans of tomatoes into crock pot. add hominy and veggies. simmer 30 minutes add tvp and simmer additional 30 minutes
